The application of the penalties and fees is qualified to apply only to voluntary action and factors attributable to the passenger. This shall not apply to involuntary factors including force majeure.
PENALTIES AND FEES

Rebooking
Subject to rebooking of flight and must be done at least 48 hours before the flight, but CHANGE FEE, NO SHOW FEE and FARE DIFFERENCE whichever may apply. No use of the ticket means forfeiture and non-refundable.
Cancellation/Refund
Cancellation and refund of flight date must be done at least 72 hours before the flight, subject to CANCELLATION FEE, REFUND FEE, NO SHOW FEE whichever may apply. No use of the ticket means forfeiture and non-refundable.
Name Correction
Name Change not Allowed. Correction allowed to correct either First name or Last Name 24 hours before departure time.
Re-Route
subject for approval by management and will be applicable for humanitarian reason/s. Can choose any destination subject to fare difference.
No Show
means forfeiture of ticket and non-refundable.
Ticket Fees
is applicable to Travel Agents only.

A maximum of 3 bags with total of 7 kg is allowed for hand carry with dimensions of up to 56 cm X 36 cm x 23 cm.

PREBOOKED BAGGAGE
- Is available if the time of booking is Four (4) hours before scheduled time.
- Any excess weight is subject to existing excess baggage fees.
- Prebooked baggage allowance may be upgraded up to 4 hours before scheduled time of departure. If there is a change of route prebooked baggage will not be carried over to the new flight.
- Prebooked baggage is not refundable. Subject to term and conditions of the APBR
- Prebooked baggage allowance cannot be transferred to another person. It can only be used by the passenger for the specific flight and sector for which it is paid.
- Travel together of prebooked baggage allowance is allowed.
SPORTS EQUIPMENT allowable weight is not considered and/or counted on additional prepaid baggage purchased.
SEAT SELECTION
- Seat Selection is subject to availability at the time of request.
- Advance seat reservation is only available on or after ticket purchase.
- Seat selection is not available on all seats due to operational and safety reasons.
- Passengers with special needs requiring specific seating accommodation shall be allocated an appropriate seat.

- NON-TRANSFERABLE
- Advance seat reservation refund condition is independent from ticket refund conditions, in event of involuntary changes to your seat because of operational, safety reasons, will be eligible to refund premium seat re-seated on economy seat.
SPORTS EQUIPMENT
Only one sports equipment allowance is allowed per passenger, per sector.
Surfboard
- Surfboard must be packed in a recognized surfboard bag and must not exceed 277cm/109 inches in length.
- KITEBOARD and BODYBOARDS are classified as surfboards.
Golf
- Maximum of 14 golf clubs, maximum of 12 golf balls, a pair of golf shoes
Bicycle
- Total linear length dimensions that exceed 203 cm and with 25 kg can be checked if they can be loaded in the cargo compartment of the aircraft used.
- Properly packed in a recognized bicycle bag or in a protective box/bag or in a plastic wrap. Bicycles that are not packed in a bicycle bag or in a protective box/bag or in plastic wrap will be refused.
Preparing Bicycles for travel
- HANDLEBARS - must be turned in so that they are in alignment with the frame
- PEDALS - should either be removed or checked in to prevent them causing damage to other bicycles or checked baggage
- GEARS - be wrapped to protect them from damage.
- TIRES - must be deflated
- MUDGUARDS - should either be removed or checked in to prevent them causing damage to other bicycles or checked baggage
- LOOSE ITEM - this include pump, lights, water bottles, etc. They must be either securely fastened to the bicycle, removed or checked-in.
Diving Equipment
- One scuba regulator-as this is what allows you to breathe underwater.
- Tank harness- to attach the set to the diver
- OneTank pressure gauge-a depth gauge specifies the current and maximum depth reached during a dive.
- Diving Mask/snorkel-The diving mask will create air space in front of your eyes to let you see clearly underwater.
- One pair of Scuba Diving Fins-fins with length of 25” and not longer 30” let you move through the water seamlessly, without wasting too much energy.
- Dive suit/vest-wetsuits are skin-tight and made of neoprene that locks a layer of water around the body to keep it warm.
- Buoyancy control device( Jacket style)-is generally assembled as an integrated part of the set, but is not technically part of the breathing apparatus
- Weight Belt- with 3 kg weight belts or weights to counteract the buoyancy of other diving equipment
- One empty cylinder Tank- with 3 kg empty cylinder tank. This may be breathing gas used with a scuba set, in which case the cylinder may also be referred to as a scuba cylinder, scuba tank or diving tank
High Intensity diving lamps and normal portable diving lamps (e.g.: torch lights) which contain rechargeable spillable, or non-spillable lead acid batteries will not be accepted on board our aircraft as check-in nor as cabin baggage as it falls under Dangerous Regulation

- Are allowed on board provided and meets cabin dimension of up to 56 cm x 36 cm x 23
- Weight must not exceed 7 kg including the case
